Getting Started
Dial Many helps teams run calling campaigns without losing track of lists, outcomes, follow-ups, and team activity. Start here if you are new to the app.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Create campaigns for each list, client, offer, or calling objective.
- Import contacts and review list issues before callers start work.
- Use the call queue to see who should be contacted next.
- Record outcomes, notes, callbacks, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Share campaign progress with managers or clients when your plan allows it.
The basic workflow
Section titled “The basic workflow”- Open your workspace and check that the right team members have access.
- Create or choose the campaign you want to work on.
- Import contacts, then fix any required list issues.
- Start calling from the campaign queue.
- Save a clear outcome after each call.
- Review stats to see progress, risk, and follow-up work.
Key areas

If you are unsure where to start, create one campaign, import a small list, and work from the campaign queue instead of searching through all contacts manually.
